Welcome to Junior Achievement of Central Ontario’s school registration form! For over 40 years JACO has been delivering programs to students, providing them with life long skills to help prepare them for their future success. For more information, please visit www.jacentralontario.org. All of Junior Achievement of Central Ontario’s volunteers have been screened and trained to ensure the safety of all students.

Before filling out this form, you will need the teacher name, their email address and the number of students for each class that you are signing up. There should be one Key Contact for each grade or for your school. As the Key Contact, you will be filling out this registration form on behalf of your grade or your school. Please be sure that you are the Key Contact, as we do not want each teacher at a school filling out this form. The Key Contact will be the point person JA coordinates your school’s JA Day with when volunteers become available.
